The Phong Nha Orient Hotel was a fantastic choice for our group of friends. Located right in the centre of town, we were close to everything we needed, including the airport and Phong Nha Cave. the rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from taking us out for local food to helping us with motorbike rentals and organizing tours. the included breakfast was a bonus, and the friendly atmosphere made us feel at home.

The room was impeccably clean and huge with cable channels, a dining area, and a sitting area, along with a swimming pool view that was worth it.

We stayed at Orient Hotel for three nights during our visit to Phong Nha. The staff, especially Thanh, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They greeted us warmly upon our late arrival and provided us with a cozy bed. Thanh recommended excellent local food and helped us rent motorbikes for sightseeing. The room was spacious with good AC and a clean bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located near the park and offers great value for money. Plus, the view is incredible!

Friendly and helpful staff who provided a lot of information about activities in Phong Nha. Excellent value for money with comfortable rooms and a good location near the Phong Nha tourism center.

The mattresses were horribly stiff and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel's location on the main road and near loud karaoke bars made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.

They greeted us with warm smiles and were always available to answer any questions we had. the location of the hotel was also a major plus - it was right in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore all the nearby restaurants and attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy place to relax after a long day of exploring.

The room was comfortable and clean with a nice mountain view. the receptionist was helpful and spoke good English, even picking us up from the bus. the hotel offers motorbike and bike rentals, as well as bus tickets for a reasonable price. We were able to store our luggage and use the bathroom after check out.
